Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be totally happy with your Mad Smooch purchase! If you need to exchange your item for a different size (if applicable), or if you'd like to exchange an item for another, contact us! (You can also send us an email: email@example.com.)
We do our best to ensure that your items are packaged very well so that your accessories arrive in great condition. Please let us know if your item was damaged in shipment. (We will look into this issue and, if necessary, replace your item.)
We want you to love your Mad Smooch accessory purchase! We value you as a customer! If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please return item(s) in the original condition within 30 days upon receipt..
We apologize we cannot accept returned merchandise after the 30-day exchange/refund period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn or used, and/or are missing the label/tags. (Yes, we accept item(s) with a missing hang-tag.)
Include your packing slip and a note advising if you wish a refund of if you'd like to exchange the item(s). (You can also email us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will wait for your returned package to arrive.) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We apologize, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

*Shipping returns: You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. (We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.) Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Please allow a few days for refund processing, If it's been several days and you have not received your refund, first, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve gone through these steps and you still are not seeing your refund, please contact us.
